1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of SEO audit services provided by RankPulse Audits, operated by Borja Prados ("RankPulse", "we", "us"). By completing a purchase on rankpulse-audits.com, you agree to these Terms in full.

RankPulse Audits offers three service tiers:

3. Scope — what audits cover and what they don't

Our audits analyze publicly available information: your website's HTML and public GBP signals. They do not include access to Search Console, Analytics, or Ads accounts; paid advertising analysis; backlink audits; social media audits; or implementation work (except in the Fix Pack).

4. Payment terms

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. and is due in full at time of purchase. We do not store payment card data. By providing payment information, you authorize a one-time charge for the selected service tier. Prices are subject to change; the price at time of purchase is the price you pay.

5. Refund policy

Instant Audit and Complete Audit: 7-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason within 7 days of receiving your report, email hello@rankpulse-audits.com for a full refund. No explanation required.
Done-For-You Fix Pack: Refundable in full before work begins. Once we send a work-start confirmation email, the purchase is non-refundable. Refunds process within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to decline refund requests made in bad faith (e.g., purchasing the same tier repeatedly to exploit the guarantee).

6. Delivery

Delivery timelines begin when we receive your completed intake form — not at time of payment. Timelines apply on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete intake information or websites that block automated analysis tools.

7. Done-For-You Fix Pack — access requirements

The Fix Pack requires: Google Business Profile manager access (invite hello@rankpulse-audits.com via business.google.com) and CMS or FTP access sufficient to add a script tag to your homepage. If you cannot provide access, we will deliver screen-recorded instructions instead. The 7-day turnaround clock is paused while awaiting access credentials.

8. No guarantee of rankings

We do not guarantee any specific improvement in search engine rankings, Google Maps placement, website traffic, phone calls, or revenue. SEO results depend on factors outside our control including Google's algorithm, local competition, and your business's review velocity. Our reports provide analysis and recommendations based on observable signals at time of generation.

9. Intellectual property

Upon full payment and delivery, you own the audit report delivered to you. You may use it, share it, and implement its recommendations freely. You may not resell or republish our reports as your own work. RankPulse retains the right to use anonymized audit data (all identifying information removed) to improve our methodology.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RANKPULSE AUDITS AND ITS OPERATOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, INCLUDING LOSS OF REVENUE, PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR AUDIT METHODOLOGY IS ERROR-FREE OR THAT ANY RECOMMENDATIONS WILL ACHIEVE A PARTICULAR RESULT.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RankPulse Audits and its operator from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or unauthorized use of our services.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Delaware. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. Either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

14. Dispute resolution

Before initiating legal action, you agree to email hello@rankpulse-audits.com and allow 30 days for informal resolution. Most issues are resolved within 24–48 hours.

15. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting, identified by an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance. Changes will not be applied retroactively to completed purchases.

16. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RankPulse Audits and supersede all prior communications.
